We live in a busy world. Most of our "intake" is only designed to make us go faster. We don't abide with the Lord enough. We reason that this is acceptable because "we're too busy." Much of our time is spent trying to figure out how to get more done in less time. The net result is that our souls are lean, our walk with Christ is rushed, and our families are fragmented.

The message of this CD is "slow down." Rest. Restore. Renew your mind in the presence of Christ. You have a Friend who desires to walk with you slowly through your day. He wants us to strengthen you, encourage you, and restore your soul. He will lead you beside still waters. He will give you rest. His peace should rule your heart and mind.

These songs will call you into His presence and hopefully bring your life to a holy halt before Him! Cary Schmidt serves as an associate pastor at Lancaster Baptist Church in Lancaster, California, where he leads the student ministries, music ministry, and media ministries. The Lord has blessed him with his wife, Dana, and three children, Lance, Larry, and Haylee. He enjoys serving the Lord, spending time with his family, and spending quiet time with the Lord creating music similar to what is heard on this CD

Clark Graham serves the Lord as a missionary to the Philippines. He is a graduate of Lancaster Baptist School and West Coast Baptist College. The Lord has blessed him with his wife, Rachel, and son, Charlie. His viola skills are exceptional. Both his music and his preaching ministry have been used of God across the country.
