Basic Policies For Online Store

CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE (Updated August 4, 2007):
1. Shipping are calculated based upon the estimated weight of the shipment.
2. All "out of USA" orders will be shipped Airmail (First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International) unless otherwise requested.
3. The shipping charge shown in the online shopping cart is an ESTIMATE. ACTUAL shipping charges will be applied at the time of order shipment.

NOTE: E-Mail links are "images" to protect them from spammer address extraction software.

You can place your order in one of four ways...
1. Online -- Click on the item you want to see and click the button.

2. Phone  -- 817-274-7212 (Please have your order and credit card ready when you call).
3. By "Snail Mail"  with check or money order using our mail-in order form
4.  BY FAX  -- 817-320-1138 using our mail order form

NOTE: If you are Mailing or FAXING your order, you can use the online shopping cart to calculate the amount of shipping charges you need to add to your order.

ONLINE ORDERS   

1. All online orders are processed DIRECTLY through Old Christian Radio's merchant account using Americart.

2. Credit Card transactions are processed offline, as the orders are prepared for shipment..

MAIL-IN ORDERS

1. I accept these four forms of payment: Personal Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
2. All orders usually ship within one business day after receipt.
3. Your order will go First Class or Global Priority Mail (as applicable).
4. You should receive your order within 1 or 2 weeks.
5.  If you entered an E-mail address you'll get a confirmation notice.
6.  All checks must be payable in US Dollars.

RETURN POLICY

1. All merchandise has a 30 day return policy. (30 days from the DATE SHIPPED)

2.  When returning an item, here is what you do...

    a. Tell me what you want to do (replacement, exchange (with what), or a refund). 

    b. You pay for return shipping.

    c. When your return item is received, your refund will be sent promptly by check or to the credit card  

       you used to make your purchase.. 

2. If you got the wrong item, here is what you do...

    a.  Call 817-320-1138 or

       telling me that you got the wrong item.

    b. Send back the item (You will be reimbursed for your shipping charges for returning it).

    c. A replacement item will be sent to you right away.

3. If the item is defective or incomplete, here is what you do...

    a.  Call 817-320-1138 or

        tell me what's wrong.

    b. Send back the item (You will be reimbursed for your shipping charges for returning it).

    c.  A replacement item will sent to you right away.

General Information

8. When paying by credit card (Phone, E-Mail, Snail Mail), your billing statement will show Old Christian Radio as the merchant.
